8-Week CBRT Program for Fundraisers
Practical tools. A supportive community. A more sustainable way to do the work you love.
Compassion-Based Resilience Training for people who spend their days supporting others.
January 12 – March 2, 2027 · Tuesdays, 12–1 PM ET
THE INVITATION
You show up for everyone else.
What helps you keep showing up?
Fundraising is relationship work. It asks you to listen, care, lead, and navigate uncertainty
—often all at once.
The Good-Enough Bridge is a place to strengthen your own resilience while staying connected to the purpose that brought you to this work.
Led by Jennifer McCrea, this eight-week program combines research-backed Compassion-Based Resilience Training (CBRT), practical exercises, and honest conversation with fellow fundraisers. You do not need to be a perfect bridge for everyone. You can be a good-enough one: present, compassionate, and clear about your limits.
WHAT YOU’LL TAKEAWAY
More steadiness. Less depletion.
Navigate hard moments
Meet difficult conversations, rejection, and setbacks with greater calm and perspective.
Protect your energy
Recognize stress patterns, practice self-compassion, and set healthier boundaries.
Reconnect with purpose
Build sustainable habits and find support among people who understand the work.
